- If we believe there is no chance of seeing the Northern Lights, we will cancel the tour and provide a full refund or rebook you for the next available day that suits you
- Depending on the weather, we may sometimes need to take a longer drive to increase our chances of seeing the lights
- Please note that there are no refunds or free tours if we don’t see the Northern Lights
